Mission:
NGDF is dedicated to uplift the economic status of Dalits and marginalized communities through modernization of their traditional occupations, developing small and local micro enterprises, enhancing their entrepreneurship knowledge and skills, increasing their access to information and technologies, supporting them to promote their products and services in competitive market, creating employment opportunities and ensuring patent rights of these communities.

Our Objectives:
• To enhance the capacity of Dalits and marginalized groups involved in various traditional occupations and micro enterprises, support them in order to increase their access on information and technology for promotion and marketing of their business and conduct various skill development programs for ensuring employment opportunities for these groups
• Involve youth participation and leadership on climate change awareness
• Protect lakes, rivers, and water reservoirs across the nation
• Conserve forest and use natural resources in more sustainable ways in all local levels
• To promote and protect traditional indigenous skills and knowledge of Dalit and marginalized ones for its modernization and commercialization in the competitive market.
• To advocate for ensuring patent Rights of Dalit and other marginalized groups.
• To create self employment opportunities for Dalit, Youth, Women and deprived family and establish a vocational training institute to provide various vocational training programs for skill development and protection of traditional technology
• To carry out various research, study and publication in order to promote and preserve traditional occupations along with its history, culture and innovations of Dalit and other socially excluded groups.
• To support distributional and promotional activities for agro based products produced by socially deprived communities through individual and cooperative assistance.
• To establish Skill Development Fund for entrepreneurship development of Dalit and marginalized groups.
